IMMEDIATE AID

ATEK offers several options for support.

In the following I would like to introduce these.

CONCERN PHONE

The PTSD of our loved ones sometimes presents us with great challenges, sometimes it becomes an emotional emergency.

In these situations, the helpline is available to ensure that you can be contacted as quickly as possible. But the number can also be called at any other time if you need it.

Advice for children, young people and parents

Children and young people experience everyday life with the PTSD of parents, siblings, etc. differently than adults, and parents also need support in dealing with the sometimes stressful family situation caused by PTSD. Children, young people and parents can contact Lena via the helpline or WhatsApp and share their worries and concerns. She is available to us on a voluntary basis as a social worker, B.Sc., and knows what it is like. She is the daughter of a veteran herself.

INDIVIDUAL CONVERSATIONS

Sometimes it's easier to talk face to face. If you don't yet feel comfortable speaking in a group, you can arrange a one-on-one appointment with me online. Here we can talk about what's bothering you in a safe space without any obligation.

If you need long-term, more intensive support, our psychologist Sinja is available to help you on a voluntary basis. You can register at any time using the contact form. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
